Telephone Banking

At work, at home, or on the go, all you need is a telephone to access your financial information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The telephone banker allows you to quickly and easily make account balance inquiries, determine the most recent transactions on your account, transfer funds between designated checking and savings accounts, and make a payment on your loan account. 

Using the new telephone banker:

  1.  Make sure you have your account number handy.  The first time you call, your PIN will be the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number or tax ID number.  You will be instructed to change your PIN to a new four digit number that only you will know. 
  2. Call (662) 834-3809 from any phone to contact Telephone Banker. 
  3. Wait for the greeting, then follow the instructions given to you over the phone.
